Job summary

Remotebridge is seeking a Substance Use - Adolescent Addiction Specialist to assess adolescent substance use cases and provide clinical guidance on risk, severity, and recommended responses for a customer project. In this contractor role, you'll help train next‑generation AI systems with high‑quality, real‑world input.

Preferred qualifications include 3–5+ years working with adolescents, active clinical license, proficiency with CRAFFT/S2BI/DSM-5/ASAM, and MOUD/MAT familiarity.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5+ years directly working with adolescents impacted by substance use.
• Active clinical license/registration in good standing with recent adolescent caseload.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical case material and document assessments of risk and intervention urgency.
• Apply DSM-5 SUD and ASAM frameworks to stage severity and determine level of care.
• Evaluate safety and appropriateness of interventions, including MOUD/MAT where relevant.
• Distinguish developmentally normal experimentation from clinically significant patterns in youth.
• Flag withdrawal, overdose, and safeguarding risks for escalation or action.
• Develop written, actionable guidance for non‑specialists citing guidelines.
