Job summary

InGenius Prep is seeking Former Admissions Officers to support high school students applying to undergraduate programs. You will direct the strategy of student applications and extracurricular profiles with a student-centered educational philosophy.

Responsibilities include 1-on-1 counseling, meetings with students, and collaborative work with a small counseling team to guide applications and writing development.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate admissions experience at a top-30 university or top-15 liberal arts college.
• Evaluated applications and made admission decisions.
• Exceptional writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 counseling with students aged 14-17 to enhance profiles and applications.
• Meet remotely and in person with students.
• Share expertise to guide student profiles and admissions strategy.
• Provide feedback to improve students' independent writing skills.
• Support students as they prepare applications.
• Create creative trajectories for extracurricular development.
• Collaborate with up to three counselors per student.
