About the job: Remote Administrative Assistant / Full-time

Job Summary: The TempForce Remote Administrative Assistant provides support for various activities within the department, with occasional guidance. The role involves responding to customer needs by consulting with others or following established guidelines and organizing daily operations to ensure service priorities are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform administrative duties including data entry, payroll, and travel expense processing.
  2. Compile and process payroll hours for over 680 employees.
  3. Kronos experience REQUIRED.
  4. Maintain working knowledge of Word and Outlook.
  5. Additional duties may be assigned as part of the role.

Length of Assignment: 8 weeks

Shift Hours:

  • Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
