Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Team and staff
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from team members
  • Organize and schedule appointments, including complex calendar management for multiple executives
  • Plan meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed meeting minutes
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks
  • Assist with office management and other general administrative activities in a remote setting
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tasks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing calendars for multiple executives
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to learn new processes quickly
  • Comfortable and efficient working in a fully remote office environment

Must be a U.S. Citizen and U.S. based.

Position is Remote and could lead to a full-time position.
