Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Law, Criminal Justice, or related field, with at least 18 graduate hours; JD preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional legal experience (attorney, judge, or senior intelligence officer) with focus on legal oversight and counterintelligence law.
• Strong knowledge of constitutional law, rules of evidence, surveillance law, and privacy frameworks.
• Commitment to a Christian worldview as part of IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
• Experience teaching online or in higher education and familiarity with online delivery tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate online modules for ICA-130/140/150 and guide student assignments.
• Mentor students in preparing analytic products for judicial settings and testimony.
• Incorporate IWU's Kingdom diversity values into discussions.
• Support online course delivery using approved educational tools.
