Responsibilities include eight modules, ADA-compliant materials, and Canvas-based delivery in collaboration with instructional design.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counselor Education, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field.
Active independent clinical license (e.g., LPCC/LPC, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist, or equivalent).
Graduate-level teaching experience in diagnosis, psychopathology, assessment, or psychopharmacology is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Create an eight-module, hybrid (asynchronous/synchronous) online course in the timeframe of January – May 2027.
Generate online content, including recorded lectures, practice sessions, textual material, assignments, and assessment rubrics.
Create the online course with ADA-compliant readings, study guides, discussions, quizzes, and web resource links.
Collaborate with Naropa College instructional design team to develop an asynchronous course in Canvas.
Incorporate best practices and essential procedures to design a quality online course.
Maintain a positive team environment and professional conduct throughout the scope of the job duties.
