Position: Remote ADA Accommodation Coordinator - Bilingual in French, Hindi, Bengali, or more
Required Languages:
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm CST, 5:00 pm to 1:00 am CST, 11:00 pm to 7:00 am CST, or 1:00 am to 9:00 am CST. Candidates must reside within the United States.
Primary Purpose: To process claims and determine accommodation options following guidelines and procedures related to ADA, state, and client requirements; to make timely referrals for disability and leave of absence reviews; and to ensure ongoing claims processing.

Qualifications:
Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent; 1 year benefits or claims management preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
Work Environment: Accommodations considered as needed. Must handle stress, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Physical & Mental Requirements: Computer use, travel, hearing, vision, talking, problem-solving, judgment, discretion.
