Job summary

Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company is seeking an actuary to support GAAP or Statutory/Tax valuation and financial reporting. This role will execute designated valuation processes and report to the Actuary, Actuarial Valuation or Sr. Associate Actuary.

Responsibilities include monthly production of reserves, development of information for reserve movements analysis, maintenance of valuation controls, and assistance with valuation programs for new products and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math, actuarial science or related field.
• Completion of ASA exams (5+ required).
• 1+ year of related actuarial experience.

Responsibilities

• Monthly production of reserves under GAAP or Statutory/Tax.
• Develop information for reserve movements analysis.
• Maintain valuation controls and enhance processes.
• Assist in valuation programs for new products/regulations.
