Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Progress toward ACAS/FCAS or ASA designation preferred.
• 3–7 years in pricing, reserving, or modeling for P&C lines (mid/senior).
• Proficiency in Excel; SQL, Python, R, VBA or data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Apply actuarial and predictive modeling techniques to enhance pricing and risk models.
• Develop trending methodologies and analyze emerging risks (e.g., climate change, liability aggregation).
• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of actuarial products for Commercial Property, Personal Auto, and Liability lines.
• Support innovation in rating infrastructure and catastrophe modeling solutions.
• Prepare filings, loss cost reviews, and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Deliver technical support and presentations to insurers, reinsurers, and brokers.
• Work closely with underwriting, compliance, and product development teams.
