Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar degree from an accredited college.
Passed at least one actuarial exam through the Society of Actuaries.
Experience with data governance, submissions, and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Collects, processes, and maintains confidential group annuity and life insurance mortality experience data filings.
Develops expertise in VM-50 and VM-51 requirements.
Supports data structure, validation, governance, and documentation.
Uses analytical tools, visualization, trend analysis, and data science methods to evaluate submissions.
Identifies and communicates statistical results, benchmarks, outliers, and key findings through reports and presentations.
Supports confidential company SharePoint sites.
Completes ad-hoc projects in a timely manner.
