Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and active licensure in practice area.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Must have basic computer skills including spreadsheets, word processing, and e-mail access.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site or video site reviews to assess accreditation readiness.
• Advise facilities on accreditation requirements and ensure completeness of materials.
• Present at trade shows to promote accreditation benefits and educate professionals.
• Coordinate with facilities to arrange site reviews and gather documentation as needed.
• Prepare summary reports articulating findings, decisions, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support research projects and contribute to site review criteria and committee work.
• Collaborate with team to uphold ACC Accreditation Services' mission and vision.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and travel as required.
