• Complete monthly reconciliations of vendor accounts.
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Support Concur platform administration and reporting.
• Assist with NetSuite/Concur testing and annual audit requests.
• Suggest process improvements for invoice and payment processing.
