Accounting Plus is seeking a client-focused Client Accounting Manager to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of business clients, handling their accounting and payroll needs with expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel.

This role emphasizes customer service, precise financial work, and collaboration within a modern, growth-oriented culture. Experience with QBO and payroll processes will help drive client success.

Qualifications

• Background with modern accounting practices and QBO experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; strong Excel skills a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and payroll tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of business clients and managing their accounting and payroll needs.
• Managing client accounting using QuickBooks Online, including monthly reconciliations, sales tax filings, and 1099 preparation.
• Performing payroll processing, administration, and reporting with accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborating with team members to solve client issues and improve workflows.
