The role emphasizes month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, inter-company reconciliations, and audit readiness, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Strong GAAP knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
• Progressive experience in financial operations, nonprofit, or multi-entity environments is preferred.
• CPA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll accounting, journal entries, and related accruals.
• Manage general ledger integrity and monthly/quarterly close activities.
• Coordinate inter‑company reconciliations and capital assets subledger.
• Support asset capitalization, depreciation, and CIP processes.
• Assist with audit readiness and documentation for close cycles.
