BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an Accounting Manager to own key accounting operations, GL governance, fixed assets, and month/quarter-end close.

You will lead a cross-functional team, ensure SOX 404 compliance, and partner with auditors and tax advisors in a fast-paced biotech environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA a plus) and 5+ years in accounting ops, with SAP and Blackline experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of accounting operations experience; biotechnology industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX 404 compliance.
• Experience managing month-end and quarter-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly close, including calendar management, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Manage general ledger, fixed assets, and related accounting activities.
• Strengthen accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and SOX 404 compliance.
• Coordinate with purchasing, accounts payable, payroll, tax, shared services and external auditors to support reporting, audits, and reviews.
• Identify and implement process, system, and automation improvements to increase efficiency and control.
