Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in accounting, compliance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage administrative functions effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting processes including accounts payable, client billing, payroll, and employee reimbursements.
• Prepare, maintain, and provide support for financial and operational reports, such as Assets Under Management (AUM) summaries.
• Assist with treasury functions, journal entries, and the preparation and retention of related accounting documentation.
• Support compliance and internal controls programs, including policies and testing, to ensure regulatory and risk management standards are met.
• Assist with corporate filings, governance documentation, and responses to regulatory examinations or inquiries.
• Maintain awareness of evolving compliance requirements and help communicate relevant updates across the firm.
• Provide administrative support for business insurance renewals and other cross-functional projects and initiatives.
