No month-end close tasks, no client work—just a structured, flexible engagement to advance AI systems. Candidates should have 5–7+ years in accounting or tax, CPA or EA preferred, strong written skills, and comfort with independent remote work.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of accounting or tax experience (public accounting, corporate finance or tax, advisory or similar).
• CPA or EA preferred but not required.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Baseline tech literacy and comfort with cloud tools and file formats.
• Based in the United States and familiar with US accounting/tax contexts.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated accounting responses for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Annotate and rank model outputs to guide AI training.
• Write expert-level answers to accounting questions as training examples.
• Flag errors or ambiguities and provide corrective guidance.
• Design realistic task scenarios with prompts, files, and rubrics.
• Run tasks against AI models and iterate based on feedback.
• Follow detailed written instructions precisely and maintain quality.
