Job summary

Stratford Davis is seeking Account Sales Representatives for a fully remote sales role. You’ll guide clients through financial decisions from home, using warm leads and a consultative approach to Life Insurance, IULs, and Annuities.

You’ll build lasting relationships, manage the end-to-end sales process, and use CRM to track progress. Training is provided to help you excel in a flexible, commission-based environment.

Qualifications

• Remote sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Inquisitive, coachable, and hungry for success.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through important financial decisions from home.
• Connect with warm, pre-screened leads with no cold calling.
• Build trust and long-term relationships through consultative conversations.
• Analyze client needs to tailor personalized financial solutions.
• Educate clients on Life Insurance, IULs, and Annuities virtually.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact to policy implementation.
