Description

The Remote Account Resolution Representative contacts customers to assist them in fulfilling their financial obligations. Through outbound and inbound call efforts, the Representative assists customers in settling account balances and setting up payment arrangements for account resolution. No experience in collections is required – Annuity Health will train on our state-of-the-art software system, applicable laws related to collection activities, provide innovative ideas and techniques, and teach proper negotiation and dispute resolution skills necessary to be successful in the position. Duties/Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a professional tone and respectful demeanor during all patient or authorized party communications by delivering exceptional “patient focused-patient service” at all times.
  2. Strictly adhere to the Company’s Compliance guidelines and expectations, to include Local, State, and Federal requirements.
  3. Comply with the Company’s call structure expectations including but not limited to, proper collection steps and techniques.
  4. Achieve all assigned goals.
  5. Properly identify individual account situations, and provide appropriate resolution.
  6. Correctly status accounts and update applicable windows/fields within those accounts for potential follow-up.
  7. Provide relevant information by accurately utilizing all available tools/resources to assist in account resolution.
  8. Keep route maintenance backlog at an acceptable level.
  9. Recognize pressing issues and escalate to management as they occur.
  10. Work well with team members/management and not contribute to unproductive group conflict or negativity.
  11. Represent the Company in a positive manner through professional conduct, attitude, and appearance.
  12. Follow Company confidentiality and security policies and procedures.
  13. Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
  14. Other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience
