As part of our customer-focused approach, you will educate clients on products, manage a client portfolio using CRM tools, and collaborate with teammates to ensure a seamless experience while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in financial services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and able to meet/exceed sales targets.
