Remote - Account Recovery Specialist (N&S Carolina Only)

Reliant Capital Solutions is now hiring a remote Account Recovery Specialist for residents of North and South Carolina.

About This Role

• Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm/10am to 7pm EST (two late nights required), with occasional Saturday mornings
• Engage consumers and assist them with managing their delinquent accounts
• Use a consultative approach to help consumers identify suitable solutions
• Negotiate to resolve the balance in the best interests of all parties
• Create urgency with a customer service demeanor
• Remain compliant, positive, and professional at all times

What You’ll Do

• Provide solutions to resolve delinquent accounts
• Handle inbound and outbound calls using an auto dialer system
• Manage a workload of delinquent accounts to ensure payments are processed
• Follow up with consumers to ensure documentation and payments are complete
• Document accounts properly and notify consumers of missing documents or procedures
• Use skip tracing techniques to locate contact information
• Follow FDCPA and other regulations at all times
• Adhere to internal policies and industry compliance standards

What You’ll Need

• Must be at least 18 years old
• HS Diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• 1+ years’ experience in collections, sales, telemarketing, medical billing, call centers, customer service, or banking preferred
• Attend full training schedule
• Ability to work full-time, including weekends as needed
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Reliable transportation
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Computer proficiency: documenting calls, navigating software and internet
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Must reside in IN, TN, or OH within 30 miles of Gahanna, Ohio
• Quiet, private workspace behind closed doors
• High-speed internet with Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi/hotspots not supported)
• Meet all technical requirements before training begins
