Our experienced brokers are specialized in property, casualty, professional lines, transportation and workers’ compensation, providing creative solutions to retail brokerage firms. The Account Executive is responsible for assisting the Broker team in executing trades, managing accounts, and navigating regulatory compliance. They are also responsible for assisting in new business and renewal submissions, reviewing policy documents and invoices and other client service activities.

• The Account Executive is responsible for assisting the Broker team in executing trades, managing accounts, and navigating regulatory compliance.
• They are also responsible for assisting in new business and renewal submissions, reviewing policy documents and invoices and other client service activities.
• Prepare accounts for new business and renewal processes as directed by the broker, initiating renewal reviews to help deliver optimal client coverage and support client retention strategies.
• Support the broker in developing market submissions and quote cover letters for agents, while reviewing received documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Build strong relationships with brokers and maintain an understanding of brokerage operations to proactively support business objectives.
• Collaborate with brokers to drive renewal opportunities and support new business efforts through client referrals.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with accounts while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate data within internal systems, create thorough documentation, and perform responsibilities in accordance with established guidelines, quality standards, and service expectations.
• Generate reports on performance and key metrics, leveraging data and insights to identify portfolio trends and provide value-enhancing recommendations for the book of business.

The target salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually.

The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands.
