Job summary

Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking a Remote Account Executive to guide individuals and small businesses toward suitable financial solutions. You’ll build trusted relationships, assess goals, and advise on the best path, all from a remote setting.

You’ll connect with clients, manage onboarding, and maintain detailed notes in CRM systems while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Prior experience in account management, client services, or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Learn about each client’s goals and provide personalized recommendations
• Support clients through onboarding and ensure smooth product setup
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records in CRM systems
• Conduct periodic check-ins to provide ongoing support and strengthen relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
