Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and drive a targeted book of high-profile Life Sciences accounts, aiming to add new accounts and expand current ones.
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plans that provide clarity on how you can expand business within specific accounts.
  • Lead consultative sales processes with prospective and current customers, aligning their business objectives with our product and service offerings.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with executive sponsors, champions, and key decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure that customer expectations align with our product roadmap and service capabilities.
  • Advocate for new product features and share customer insights with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Development teams.
  • Represent Blue Mountain at industry and cloud provider events, showcasing our deep expertise in Life Sciences Manufacturing.
  • Travel to key geographies to meet with and develop customer and prospect relationships.

Required Background And Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience as an Account Executive with proven success
  • 3-5 Years selling SaaS into Life Sciences
  • Strategic thinker with a talent for problem-solving and negotiating win-win solutions.
  • Ability to present to C-Suite clients with confidence and polish.
  • Demonstrated success in building trust with executive sponsors and decision-makers.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong technical acumen and a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, Sugar) and LinkedIn.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
