A leading technology company in the United States is looking for someone to join their Global Service Engineering Group. The role involves engineering secure Remote Access solutions and providing 4th level support. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Information Systems and strong communication skills, with experience in designing enterprise-grade networks. We are looking for someone who will work as a part of the Global Service Engineering Group, within Network Solutions, Infrastructure and Operations to engineer secure Remote Access and External Access (Extranet) solutions. This includes delivering solutions for common use cases and acting as a consultant for custom requirements. This position will focus to maintain our current Remote Access/External Access service and the design and engineering of future alternatives which include SASE and other Zero Trust Based architectures, and work on the migration to any new architecture with minimal business impact.
