Job summary

StrategyGen Co. is seeking an experienced Compliance Reviewer/Auditor to conduct ACA-related onsite or desk reviews. The role emphasizes independent execution within a collaborative review structure and excellent analytic and writing skills.

Ideal candidates will have healthcare compliance or health insurance regulatory experience, with the ability to deliver high-quality results on time. Remote work is available with limited travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of healthcare compliance experience or Master’s with 2+ years.
• Experience in healthcare compliance, health insurance regulation, regulatory review or auditing/examination.
• Knowledge of ACA, marketplace operations and related federal regulations.
• Experience performing structured compliance reviews including evidence evaluation and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QHP, Targeted, Expedited, and other marketplace compliance reviews per protocols.
• Research ACA requirements, CMS regulations, guidance and issuer materials to support testing.
• Review issuer docs and data; perform testing and document procedures, results and conclusions.
• Identify noncompliance; draft findings and supporting evidence.
• Maintain review docs in approved repositories; participate in kickoff meetings and reviews.
• Support issuer document requests and remediation evidence; assist with action plans.
• Manage review milestones and provide status updates; escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to updates of protocols, templates, and SOPs.
