StrategyGen is seeking an experienced Compliance Reviewer/Auditor to conduct ACA-driven reviews and audits. The role emphasizes independent research, evidence-based findings, and clear documentation of testing and conclusions, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates will have health insurance compliance experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision while delivering high-quality work remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least four years of relevant experience in healthcare compliance or regulatory review.
• Experience in ACA, health insurance regulation, or related audits and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to produce precise findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ACA-driven compliance reviews and audits per approved protocols.
• Research ACA and CMS guidance to support testing and conclusions.
• Document testing, evidence, results, and conclusions clearly and traceably.
• Draft findings and reports; update work products based on CMS feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive review documentation in approved repositories.
