BK Behavior is hiring licensed BCBA professionals who can work remotely from anywhere in the USA, with optional in-person care in our service states. The role offers incredible flexibility: set your own schedule, handle caseloads, and get free licensing support.

We provide a two-month paid training period, ongoing CEUs, clinical support, and a robust growth path. You’ll join a cohort of 6-8 BCBAs and access mentor chats, journals, and resources to advance your practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible to practice in relevant states.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for supervising teams.
• Ability to manage a flexible, nationwide client schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services to clients in various settings.
• Support and mentor junior staff and RBTs as needed.
• Engage in ongoing CEUs and professional development.
