Your Role:

1. Introduce and specify Felt Right products to A&D firms, dealer networks, and design-build partners
2. Educate your clients on our materials, acoustic performance, sustainability story, and ease of spec/install
3. Build relationships at the firm and project level to drive brand preference
4. Track and manage specs through the project lifecycle in our CRM—from concept to PO
5. Partner with our internal team to respond to RFQs, support designers, and grow your pipeline

1. A&D Sales Expert – You’ve sold finishes, furniture, lighting, or building materials to the commercial design world
2. Connected in the Design Community – You know principals, project managers, and designers by name
3. Solution-Oriented – You consult, not push, and know how to read a spec book
4. Independent but Collaborative – You like autonomy but know when to loop in your team
5. Inspired by Design & Purpose – You want to rep a product you’re proud of—creative, sustainable, and effective
