The role is remote with responsibility based in the Eastern U.S. region, requiring 25-50% travel to regional sites and client meetings, and involves leading cross-functional teams and managing project plans, budgets, and risk to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, IT, Leadership, or Technology.
• 3+ years of Project Management and Emergency Call handling experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for successful implementation and hand-off of emergency call handling projects.
• Writes and manages the master project plan and schedules.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal staff.
