Job summary

Connections Education LLC is seeking a 504 Coordinator for Arkansas Connections Academy. This 10-month, full-time role focuses on supporting students with 504 plans and collaborating with learning coaches to ensure successful instruction.

The role includes developing and implementing 504 plans, coordinating referrals, maintaining LMS data, and conducting annual or bi-annual 504 reviews in compliance with federal and state regulations. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Arkansas and hold a current Arkansas Teaching License.
• Experience with Section 504 and related procedures preferred.
• Strong technology skills including MS Office and LMS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage K-12 504 plan implementation for caseload.
• Develop, write and implement 504 plans.
• Coordinate Section 504 referral process and eligibility determinations.
• Provide notices and consents; schedule reviews of 504 students.
• Maintain up-to-date data in the LMS for 504 students.
• Assist with testing accommodations per 504 plans.
• Attend required 504 trainings and meetings.
• Collaborate with staff and external agencies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
