Job summary

Handshake is seeking a 3D artist to contribute to an AI research project. You’ll model, texture, rig, and render 3D assets using Blender, with tasks aligned to real-world workflows. This is a remote, ongoing project you can pursue alongside your current role.

Requirements include a completed Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 2 years of Blender experience. CPT/OPT eligibility is noted for U.S. work authorization considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2+ years of work experience using Blender.
• Experience across multiple 3D tools or disciplines strengthens the application.

Responsibilities

• Create tasks using 3D modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, shading, rigging, animation, lighting, rendering and asset export.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI model performance.
• Work remotely with no set schedule or minimum hours.
