Position : Remote Medical Customer Service Rep.

  • Pay : $16 / hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
  • Paid Training!!!
  • Equipment Provided
  • Georgia State Residents ONLY APPLY

Schedule : 8am-9pm EST. M-Fri. (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours)

What you'll do :

  • Handle high volume inbound calls.
  • Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare provider
  • Assist callers with information and status of their application
  • Follow a call script
  • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller
  • Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller
  • Must be able to multi task between several internal system programs
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Must have : Must have 1 year or more of recent experience in a call center (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  • Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
  • Adhere to all company required KPI'S
  • Quiet workstation with High Speed Internet and Modem access REQUIRED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening and problem-solving ability
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must live in the state Georgia to be considered
