Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of at least 10 participants
• Provide remote care using evidence-based protocols
• Monitor progress, document sessions, and communicate follow-up care
• Assist participants with accessing resources and obtaining necessary consents
• Respond to high-risk situations following protocols
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA standards

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted LCSW or LPC license in New Jersey
• Availability for 10+ hours/week within 9am-8pm local time, with a consistent schedule
• Eligibility to enroll or opt-out of Medicare as a provider

Preferred:

• Experience with CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy
• Interest in obtaining licensure in additional states
• Passion for behavioral health impact

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate ranges from $28.61 to $56.06, based on experience and location. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, stock options, and 401k. This role offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
