Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking part-time 1-on-1 math tutors to teach Grade 1–4 students across North America remotely. You will deliver CCSS-aligned lessons in English, prepare customized content, and provide constructive feedback to help students grow confident in math.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Math or Education preferred), teaching experience or certification is highly valued, and availability during US evenings/weekends. Training is paid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Math, Education, or related fields are preferred.
• Teaching experience or a valid teaching certificate is highly preferred.
• Available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends (US time zones).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one online math lessons for Grades 1-4 across North America, CCSS-aligned.
• Teach in English using interactive, student-centered methods to promote engagement.
• Prepare lesson content based on individual student needs for well-structured instruction.
• Provide timely feedback and targeted guidance to support understanding and improvement.
• Engage young learners with warmth and adapt communication for lower elementary students.
