ServiceMaster DSI in Downers Grove, IL is seeking full-time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience to work on a range of projects from patch and paint to complete home rebuilds. The more skills you bring, the more opportunities we offer.

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $22–$32 plus a daily vehicle stipend, six paid holidays, and PTO accrual. Overtime is paid after 40 hours and double time after 60 hours. Advancement opportunities exist within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Remodeling experience required (patch to full home rebuild).
• Reliable and hardworking with good communication.
• Provide your own tools and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license; pass background check and drug screen.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform remodeling tasks from patch and paint to full home rebuild.
• Collaborate with team to complete projects on schedule.
