Job summary

Westover Property Management Company Lp is seeking a full-time installer/renovation technician to perform kitchen and bathroom upgrades in our Lancaster, PA properties. The role involves demolition, cabinetry and countertop work, flooring, drywall finishing, basic wiring, fixture installation, and appliance setup.

The position requires carpentry experience, ability to handle heavy items, use ladders, and maintain safe working practices.

Qualifications

• Carpentry experience.
• Kitchen and bathroom installation experience.
• Proficiency with a variety of building trade skills.
• Ability to safely use standard hand and power tools.
• Able to use step and extension ladders.
• Able to lift and move heavy items (25 lbs+).
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Renovate kitchens and bathrooms as required.
• Demolish and remove existing installations.
• Install cabinets, countertops, floors (laminate, vinyl, tile).
• Cut, hang, patch and plaster drywall.
• Install light fixtures and perform basic wiring.
• Install faucets, tubs, shower pans, toilets.
• Sweat copper pipes and adjust drains.
• Install appliances and verify kitchen layout.
