Job summary

Handyman On Call is seeking experienced home remodelers/handymen for full-time roles serving customers in Maryland. The position focuses on executing diverse home improvement tasks with attention to quality and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates multitask across carpentry, roofing, drywall and related trades, bring their own tools, and communicate clearly about scope and costs. You will work directly with customers and expand opportunities for future projects.

Qualifications

• Strong multi-skill background in home improvement.
• Must own day-to-day tools of the trade.
• Ability to communicate scope, costs and timelines to customers.
• Experience with basic home repair tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistent and exceptionally positive customer experience in customers’ homes.
• Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and mid-size home improvement projects.
• Must have and maintain day-to-day tools of the trade and carry them to job sites.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work, costs, and manage expectations.
• Collect payment information from customers for work performed; ensure satisfaction.
