Job summary

You will assist with site prep, demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, and finish work, keep job sites clean and safe, and transport materials as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction, remodeling, or general labor is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced tradespeople.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a bonus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
