Job summary

A local home improvement company in Indianapolis is seeking a skilled Remodeler to join their team. This role involves sharing expertise in home repair, maintenance, and remodeling, with tasks including bidding work and managing job materials. Candidates must have experience in at least three areas of handiwork, including home remodels and painting, and be prepared to contribute to a supportive, customer-focused environment. Qualifications

• Experience in home remodels (kitchen and bathroom).
• Basic handiwork in minimum three capacities.
• Must understand building codes and material management.
• Driver's license and insurance.
• Tools, vehicle and references.

Responsibilities

• Share expertise of home repair and remodeling on job sites.
• Bid work on a regular basis and finalize materials for projects.
• Evaluate requests and communicate effectively with clients.
• Evaluate requests, price out all jobs, troubleshoot and effectively communicate with clients.

Job Summary
