Job summary

The Norfolk Companies is seeking an experienced Remodeling Carpenter to join our residential construction team in Massachusetts. This full-time, year-round role offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work on quality projects for a fourth-generation, family-owned company.

Earn $35–$40 per hour with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. You will install cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry, read plans, and ensure top workmanship and customer satisfaction on residential remodels.

Qualifications

• Professional carpentry or residential remodeling experience.
• Strong finish carpentry and general carpentry skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential remodeling and carpentry projects.
