What You Need

• Paid experience in remodeling or residential/commercial maintenance (carpentry, painting, drywall, basic plumbing, electrical)
• Great customer service and client relations
• Knowledge of building codes
• Material management
• Current driver’s license and insurance
• Own tools, work vehicle and good references
• Experience in the remodeling or home repair trades
• Pass a background check as part of the screening process
• Smartphone and internet access
• Willingness to work within a 30‑mile radius of Lake Orion, MI

What You'll Do

• Complete maintenance or remodeling projects, providing construction skills for residents and businesses in Lake Orion and the surrounding area.
• Evaluate requests, price jobs, troubleshoot and communicate effectively with clients.
• Finalize appropriate job materials and quantities for all projects.
