Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Project Specialist Flex to ensure store remodels and special projects meet company standards. Responsibilities include configuring fixtures, handling merchandising tasks, and reporting to project leads. The role is project-based with overnight and weekend requirements.

Training is provided and opportunities to transfer after project completion. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, can lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance), and can read

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read a planogram/Mod.
• Must lift objects up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing fixtures.
• Move existing fixtures, basic and complex.
• Install basic electronic equipment (no programming).
• Perform modular and counter detailing.
• Set merchandise to modular guidelines.
• Relocate excess merchandise as directed by store management.
• Use basic hand tools or cordless drill.
• Complete additional merchandising tasks or audits.
