ServiceMaster Restore by BT Services is seeking dedicated individuals for a Remodel/Construction Technician role. The ideal candidate will show a strong work ethic, detail orientation, and passion for high-quality craftsmanship across remodeling and restoration tasks.

You will assist in various construction projects and contribute to the finish quality and timely completion of work. Responsibilities include demolition, site prep, drywall, trim carpentry, plumbing/electrical/HVAC, cabinetry

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related field preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in demolition and removal of existing structures and materials.
• Prepare construction sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
• Experienced in installing drywall, tape bed and texture, painting.
• Trim carpentry: measure, cut and install baseboards, casing, and crown moldings.
• Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC experience.
• Experience installing cabinetry.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance and within timelines.
• Assist in moving, lifting, and positioning heavy materials and equipment.
• Perform other duties to support construction and restoration.
