Deluxe Corporation is seeking a Processing Specialist IV to handle deposit and transmission reconciliation, balancing, and image issue resolution. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will perform data entry and operator functions, assist with back-up duties for the Lead, and participate in maintaining strict control processes for client work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform deposit/transmission reconciliation and balancing.
• Research and resolve non-conforming images.
• Maintain and execute control processes for client work deposits and transmissions.
• Perform QC checks to assure quality and process adherence.
• Act as back-up to Lead when unavailable.

The focus of the position is to perform the day to day functions of deposit/transmission reconciliation and balancing, as well as the research/resolution of non-conforming images. Acts as a back-up to the Lead in their absence.Processing Specialist IV has expert level knowledge in Data Entry or Operator functions or a combination of both. Can perform functions associated with Processing Specialist I, II & III in Data Entry and Operator roles.Data Entry: Handles advanced back-end functions including rejects, reconciliation and balancing of deposits, file creation and transmissions. Follows complex balancing instructions and uses independent thinking to make data driven decisions.
