Deluxe Corporation in Chicago, IL is seeking a Processing Specialist I to handle basic to intermediate remittance processing under supervision. Responsibilities include operating mail extraction equipment, batching transactions, and ensuring accuracy to client standards.
You will support daily reconciliation, prepare reports, and adapt to evolving processes while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment; weekend availability and standing for long periods are required.

This position performs basic to intermediate-level remittance processing tasks under close supervision. The focus of the position is to perform the day-to-day functions of equipment operator, manual extraction/batching, or other sorting/processing functions.
A Processing Specialist I can perform duties in the following areas:
Education and Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
The compensation range for this position is $17.05 - $18.05 hourly. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
