This is a full time role to be onsite at our Bolingbrook facility. Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position

What you will be doing:

  • Processing a variety of customer payments and exceptions in a timely and accurate manner to customer accounts.

  • Performs research and adjustment activities.

  • Processes exception items.

  • Maintains inventory of remittance processing supplies.

  • Prepares outgoing collection notices for negotiable instruments, e.g., bonds, food stamps, foreign items.

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Proficient written and oral communication skills in dealing with internal and external clients

  • Knowledge and some previous experience of remittance processing preferred

  • Able to identify errors in calculations and balances

  • Comfortable working with different systems

The pay range for this full-time position is $16.18 - $28.28 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
