Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, seat them, and coordinate reservations across a luxury property. You will respond to inquiries, manage the seating chart, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires English fluency, ability to operate a computer, and willingness to work in multiple F&B outlets as needed. Part-time or full-time availability and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced Food and Beverage environment.
• Ability to operate computer equipment.
• Direct contact with guests requires strong communication.
• Fluency in English is required for this location.
• US work authorization required; Spanish language a plus.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.

Remedy Host PT/FT

About the role:

The Host is the guest's first impression of the restaurant, with knowledge of seating chart, reservation system, menus, and guest preferences.

What you will do:

• Responsible for greeting and seating guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• This position will also be responsible for answering the phones, confirming reservations and making new reservations.
• This position may also respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
• This position must be adaptable as they may be asked to work in any of the F&B outlets at the property as needed.

What you bring:

• Previous experience in fast paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience
• Ability to operate computer equipment.
• This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity.
• Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States. Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a part-time or full-time position.
• A successful candidate will have the availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
