Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience on civil construction projects.
• 5+ years of experience as a heavy equipment operator.
• Proven ability to operate excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, compactors, ADTs, and front-end loaders.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Current 40-Hour HAZWOPER and 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher certifications.
• Formal training and certification on assigned equipment.
• Ability to read grading plans and interpret cut/fill stakes.
• Willingness to travel to local project sites.
• Strong teamwork skills and adaptability to changing site conditions.
