Job summary

Moran Environmental Recovery, LLC is seeking an Environmental Field Laborer (Field Tech) to support remediation and industrial maintenance projects with strict adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include field work execution, completing site paperwork, and ensuring compliance with project and corporate policies. The role may involve travel, outdoor work year-round, and handling physically demanding tasks in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent reading, writing and reasoning.
• Experience in emergency response, manual labor, general construction and/or industrial cleaning is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• TWIC preferred.
• OSHA 40-HR HAZWOPER & Confined Space Entry certifications are desired but not required.
• Pre-employment background and substance screening will be conducted and continued verifications during employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute field work on remediation and industrial maintenance projects under supervision.
• Complete Timesheets, Daily Work Reports, Driver’s Logs and Tailgate Safety Meeting forms.
• Follow project scope-of-work, schedules and corporate policies.
• Work safely during all phases of field duties.
• Read and understand English; recognize danger placards and site safety plans.
• Safely drive and perform vehicle safety checks for licensed vehicles.
• Possible out-of-town travel for two weeks or more.
• Comply with company and client safety standards.
• Work outdoors year-round in various weather and environments.
• Handle physical activities including long periods of standing, walking, crouching, lifting up to 50 lbs+.
